Salary: £15.45 - £15.95 per hour (30 hour contract), 30‑35 days holiday pro rata, 10% in‑store discount, enhanced family leave.
As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you'll help us maintain our high standards day after day. From motivating your team to taking responsibility for the shop floor, you'll keep our store running like clockwork, thriving in a fast‑paced and challenging environment.

Responsibilities:
* Manage operations within your store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
* Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly.
* Provide customers with the very best experience every time they visit the store.
