Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a dedicated and resilient SEN Teacher to work full-time within a specialist school in Cwmbran, starting as soon as possible, with an option to begin in the new adademic year.
This setting supports pupils aged 5–19 with a range of additional learning needs, including moderate to severe learning difficulties, autism, and associated behavioural needs. The role is ideal for teachers who are passionate about supporting pupils with complex needs and are committed to helping them develop essential life skills, independence, and confidence in a structured and nurturing environment.
You will play a key role in delivering engaging, accessible learning experiences while supporting pupils’ social, emotional, and communication development. We are looking for individuals who can build strong relationships, adapt their teaching approach, and provide consistency to support positive outcomes for every learner.
