Location: Aberdeen (Charity Shop & Workshop). Hours: 09:00-15:30 or 09:30-17:00. Driving Licence: Highly desirable.
What You’ll Do
* Help out in our charity shop, supporting and encouraging the individuals we support to stock shelves, chat with customers, and keep things running smoothly.
* Spend time with the people we support, enjoying activities such as bowling, swimming, going to the pub and playing games, taking long walks & picnics in the park, and trampolining.
* Build real connections with the team and the people we support while on shift.
Responsibilities
* Provide person-centred support and companionship, facilitating daily activities and social engagement.
* Work as part of a diverse team to deliver high-quality care and customer service in a busy shop environment.
* Follow policies and procedures to ensure safety, dignity, and wellbeing of those we support.
