Job Description
* Handle customer queries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
* Maintain and update customer records using internal systems.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Customer Service professional should have:
* Previous experience in a customer service or client support role.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
* A detail-oriented approach to managing tasks and records.
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with the industrial/manufacturing sector is advantageous.
