What You’ll Be Doing
* Governance & Process: Maintaining frameworks and standards for project delivery
* Planning & Control: Updating project plans, timelines, and milestones
* Budgeting & Business Cases: Tracking budgets and supporting business case development
* Risk Management: Managing RAID logs and mitigating delivery risks
* Reporting & Quality Assurance: Producing performance reports and ensuring high standards
* Stakeholder Engagement: Coordinating meetings and building strong relationships
