Salary: £16 per hour
anzuk Education is working in partnership with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Croydon to recruit a professional and organised School Administrator. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive school community and play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the school office.
The Role
*
Provide administrative support to the School Business Manager and senior leadership team
*
Act as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and external agencies
*
Manage attendance registers, pupil data, and general correspondence
*
Support HR, admissions, and finance administration as required
*
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with school policies and GDPR
*
Assist with organising school events, communications, and parent evenings
The Ideal Candidate
*
Previous experience in a school administration or front office role (SIMS/Arbor experience desirable)
*
Friendly, professional, and approachable, with excellent communication skills
*
Strong IT and organisational abilities, with high attention to detail
*
Able to multitask and work efficiently in a busy school environment
*
Holds an up-to-date DBS or is willing to obtain one through anzuk
