We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented Amazon Listing Uploading Executive to manage the creation and upload of product listings on Amazon Seller Central. This role is focused entirely on the accurate entry of data, ensuring all listings meet Amazon's technical requirements and go live without delays or errors. There is no responsibility for content creation or optimisation in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Upload product listings on Amazon using flat files and bulk upload templates
* Populate Amazon's required fields including SKU, title, bullet points, product ID (EAN/UPC), brand, size, colour, and category
* Ensure all mandatory compliance information and documentation is included (e.g. product safety, battery, age restrictions where applicable)
* Coordinate with internal teams to collect all necessary product data, images, and barcodes
* Accurately follow variation theme rules (e.g. size, colour) to create parent-child listings
* Track and report the upload status of each ASIN and flag errors or blocks for resolution
* Submit listing updates or corrections via flat file or manually if required
* Maintain internal records of listings uploaded and their ASINs
* Ensure all uploads are completed within agreed timeframes and comply with Amazon's listing policies
Required Skills & Experience:
* 1+ years experience working with Amazon Seller Central
* Proven experience using Amazon flat file templates and handling bulk uploads
* Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (including dropdowns, formulas, formatting)
* High attention to detail – especially when working with SKUs, barcodes, sizes, and variation themes
* Understanding of Amazon's product data structure and upload requirements
* Ability to work independently and manage high volumes of data accurately
* Comfortable flagging issues and communicating clearly with internal teams
Preferred Qualifications:
* Familiarity with Amazon compliance fields (dangerous goods, batteries, age restrictions)
* Experience working with catalogue-level uploads for clothing, footwear, or multi-SKU categories
* Knowledge of how to troubleshoot common Amazon listing errors or rejections (e.g. SKU already exists, product ID mismatch, variation errors)
