We are recruiting for a Medical Sales Specialist, ideal for a Clinical Scientist who specialises in Radiotherapy Physics, to promote innovative solutions that enhance patient care nationwide. Consultative ( not pushy) medical sales of radiotherapy QA devices, AI-driven auto-contouring software for treatment planning, and IGRT software that supports image registration, target alignment, and adaptive treatment workflows. Working closely with your Application Specialist colleague, youll build strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing exceptional product advice. Engaging with medical physics teams, including Heads of Radiotherapy, QA & Dosimetry, RT Treatment Planning, Clinical Scientists / Medical Physicists. Youll join a supportive, collaborative team and manage your own customer accounts across a region (about a third of the UK) based on your location. Typically spending 3 days per week visiting customers, 2 days working from home, and averaging one overnight stay per week, with the flexibility to manage your own diary. REQUIREMENTS You must have a background as a Medical Physicist, Radiotherapy Physicist, or Clinical Scientist specialising in Radiotherapy, with hands-on expertise in RT QA. Youll be passionate about radiotherapy innovations, goal-oriented, resilient, and thrive on building trusted relationships through exceptional service. Willing and able to travel across the territory with a full UK driving licence. Ideally based with good transport links (e.g. London, Crawley, Bristol, Birmingham, Leicester, Derby, Nottingham, Cambridge, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, Stoke), though the territory will be shaped around the successful candidates location, so all UK-based applicants will be considered. PACKAGE Salary guide: £45,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience) plus an achievable bonus of £10,000 - 20,000 (scope to earn more though), a car or cash allowance, and full benefits package.
