Morgan Hunt are currently recruiting for an Estates/Contracts Co-ordinator for a period of around 2 months (initially).
You would overall be responsible for monitoring the contractors who carry out estate management services.
Other duties involved in the role would be:
* Assist with meeting agreed programmes and monitoring expenditure in respect of agreed cyclical contracts.
* Logging repairs identified during estate inspections
* Carrying out Post Inspections for work instructed
* Liaison as required with contractors and tenants regarding access, appointments and follow-up works.
The role would be to start ASAP and previous estates & repairs experience is essential.
