Head of Design – B2B SaaS
London (Hybrid, 3 days in-office)
Up to £100k (DOE) + equity + perks
We’re hiring a Head of Design for a fast-growing SaaS company that’s shaking up the legal + finance space (yes, it’s cooler than it sounds).
What we’re looking for:
1. You’ve led and scaled design teams before
2. You’re strategic, but still love getting stuck into the work if needed
3. You’ve recently worked on B2B products (ideally with complex workflows)
4. You care deeply about craft, creativity, and clean execution
5. Bonus points for legal tech experience
You’ll manage a team of 5–6 across product and brand, shaping design at the heart of the business.
