Role: Receptionist / Admin Assistant
Location: Brighton
Hours: Full-time - Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Pay: £25,000 per annum
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join one of our longstanding clients, a supportive and forward-thinking organisation based in Brighton.

The Requirements:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
* Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
* Willingness to learn, develop, and contribute to team success
The Role:
* Answering incoming calls, handling enquiries, and processing payments
* Managing post, meeting room diaries, and visitor hospitality
* Maintaining office supplies and recycling processes
* Preparing and sending client communications
* Providing general administrative and reception support as required
