We are looking for strong teaching assistants to join our team to start as soon as possible. The provision is based in Cardiff and is a happiness-driven environment, recognised by Estyn for safety, care, and well-being. What You'll Do Support class teachers in planning and delivering targeted lessons. Work one-to-one/in small groups. Encourage independence. Implement behaviour strategies Assist with transitions and positive reinforcement. Adapt materials and resources to meet individual pupil needs. Assist with classroom setup, supervision at break-times, and trips where applicable. What We’re Looking For Experience or passion for working with children with additional learning needs ( autism, SLD, PMLD, speech & language). Strong interpersonal and communication skills A positive and proactive attitude Organisational skills, adaptability, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
