The position involves effectively handling a busy caseload of a wide range of property transactions for both freehold and leasehold properties including:
* Sales & Purchases
* Re-mortgages
* New-build Purchases
* Equity Release
* Transfer of Equity
* Auction Sales and Purchases
* Buy to Let
