HR Coordinator (Learning & Development Focus) Location: St Ives Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum Are you passionate about people and development? We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-driven HR Coordinator with a focus on Learning & Development to support HR operations and employee growth across the organisation. What You'll Be Doing Acting as the first point of contact for general HR queries and guidance. Coordinating the employee lifecycle – from onboarding and induction through to training, performance reviews, and offboarding. Managing and maintaining personnel files and HR systems (experience with systems like Dayforce or SLAM Tracker desirable). Supporting the planning and delivery of internal learning initiatives across all levels – from junior staff to senior leadership. Producing reports on L&D activities and contributing to the development of training programmes. Coordinating training logistics including booking venues, preparing materials, and gathering feedback. Collaborating closely with internal teams including Line Managers, Payroll, Finance, and Marketing. What You’ll Bring CIPD Level 3 qualification (or higher). 1–2 years’ experience in a busy HR environment. Experience with HRIS or similar systems – Dayforce is a plus. A genuine passion for people, learning, and development. Strong organisation, communication, and time management skills.
