WHAT YOUR ROLE IS FOR…
Your role requires good digital marketing knowledge and experience across social media, email marketing, and paid advertising, alongside excellent communication and organisational skills.
You'll design, implement, and optimise campaigns that drive growth for our clients and our own brand, while building strong digital funnels that capture leads, nurture audiences, and deliver measurable results.
WHAT WE ARE TRUSTING YOU TO DO...
* Paid Advertising: Plan, run, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. Manage budgets, report on ROI, and recommend improvements.
* Email Marketing: Build and manage email campaigns, newsletters, and automations (segmentation, A/B testing, performance tracking).
* Social Media: Create and manage engaging social media content calendars. Oversee both organic growth and paid strategies to expand reach and engagement.
* Content Creation: Produce and repurpose digital assets including posts, graphics, short-form video, and ad creatives.
* Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs across all channels (social, paid, email) and prepare weekly performance summaries for the Managing Director.
* Website & Landing Pages: Support with updates, landing page creation, and optimisation for lead generation.
* Campaign Support: Work closely with brands, athletes, influencers, and rights holders to deliver integrated campaigns that align with client objectives.

Your work ethic & approach:
* Proven experience in social media management, email marketing, and paid advertising.
* Familiar with platforms like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Mailchimp/HubSpot/Klaviyo (or similar).
* Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
* Comfortable interpreting data and turning insights into actions.
* Be flexible with working hours due to customers in different international time zones.
* Occasional regional and international travel required (UK driving licence preferred).
Your background:
* A university degree in Marketing or a similar field.
* Between 3 and 7 years experience working in digital marketing.
* Interested in sport (golf ideally), with a natural enthusiasm for fan engagement.
