Job Overview
This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate at our York Delivery Centre. The successful candidate will have the chance to develop professionally across various areas including:
* Client Engagements – working on digital, data, and technology projects.
* Sales – supporting opportunity identification and bid responses.
* Service Line Development – creating materials to support sales and delivery.
* Internal Initiatives – contributing to company growth, process improvements, CSR, and I,D&E initiatives.
The Analyst – Data role involves applying structured thinking to business problems. We seek a flexible, dynamic individual eager to grow and gain experience across our business areas.
Requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any subject.

Responsibilities
Client Engagements
* Analyze and communicate business problems or opportunities.
* Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Document processes and identify efficiency opportunities.
* Define and validate requirements for IT and business needs.
* Research and analyze options for improvements.
* Establish data stores and consolidate information.
* Transform workflows into automated processes using tools like PowerApps.
* Use data analysis and visualization tools (PowerBI) to present findings.
* Translate technical data into understandable reports.
* Contribute to client deliverables and meetings.
Analysts may work independently or as part of teams, including client or other consultancy resources.
Sales
Assist in identifying, qualifying, and tracking new client opportunities and bids.
Service Line Development
Help create materials to support sales and delivery, including presentations and tools.
Internal Initiatives
Support or lead internal projects, process improvements, and company events.
