Deliver governance, administration, and optimisation of an organisation’s Atlassian Cloud environment. The role focuses on improving system structure, ensuring reliable day-to-day operations, and enabling internal teams through training and knowledge transfer so they can manage the platform independently.

Key Responsibilities
Governance & Standards
* Support end users and standardise projects, workflows, permissions, fields, and naming conventions
* Review current Atlassian setup and usage
* Define governance model (roles, responsibilities, change control)
* Recommend licensing, apps, and integrations
* Manage users, groups, projects, and spaces
* Maintain workflows, automations, SLAs, queues, and templates
* Oversee apps and integrations
* Perform regular housekeeping (clean-up, access reviews, consistency checks)
* Ensure scalable, consistent configurations across teams (delivery, service, engineering, product)
Training & Knowledge Transfer
* Assess training needs across user groups
* Deliver role-based training sessions and materials
* Produce admin guides and playbooks
* Support handover to internal teams for ongoing management
