Swindon Pertemps is currently recruiting on behalf of our client based in the SN2 area of Swindon for a confident Customer Service Coordinator. You’ll play a vital role as the key point of contact, confidently managing a high volume of customer interactions and taking full responsibility for delivering exceptional service every day.

Key responsibilities:
Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner
Updating customers on the progress of their claims and vehicle repairs
Managing online insurance portals to keep claim information current
Processing invoices and tracking policy excess payments
Coordinating courtesy car arrangements
Liaising with insurers regarding accident claims
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records across all systems
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience in customer service, ideally within automotive, insurance, or a similar fast-paced environment
Strong telephone manner and excellent communication skills
Confident managing multiple systems and online portals
Organised, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
A team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn
