What You’ll Be Doing Creating a brilliant first impression for everyone who walks through the door or gets in touch via phone or email Delivering top-notch admin support - think document prep, meeting coordination, and managing busy diaries Keeping office systems and records in perfect shape, both digitally and on paper Managing the flow of paperwork, orders and new business correspondence so nothing gets missed Taking charge of financial admin: processing invoices, managing petty cash, reconciling ledgers, and helping with credit control where required Maintaining up-to-date databases and pulling together info for reports and projects Organising meetings and events, from booking venues to arranging hospitality Building great relationships with suppliers and contractors, making sure the office is always well-stocked and running smoothly Ensuring everything is fully compliant with data protection and company policies Producing clear, accurate reports and business information for senior staff Keeping filing systems (electronic and paper) organised and easy to navigate What You’ll Bring Substantial experience in a senior admin or office-based support role Confidence working solo and managing your own workload Excellent IT skills (MS Office, database management, digital filing) First-rate communication and people skills A sharp eye for detail and a knack for organisation Hands-on experience with financial admin (invoices, ledgers, petty cash) A professional, approachable, and reliable manner on reception What Makes You Stand Out Super organised, with brilliant time management and a real eye for detail Flexible, quick to adapt, and always two steps ahead Systematic and process-driven - someone who loves making things work better Positive, approachable, and genuinely service-focused Calm when things get busy, with strong multi-tasking skills This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to take ownership, be valued for their contribution, and play a vital role in a successful business.
