Milk Education is partnering with a specialist SEMH and trauma-informed school in the Maidenhead area to recruit a Psychology Graduate to join their team as a Learning Support Assistant. About the Role
You will support pupils aged 5–16 who require trusted, consistent adults to help them remain engaged in education. Many pupils have experienced trauma or struggle with emotional regulation, making relational support central to the role.
You will be involved in:
• Helping pupils manage emotional distress
• Re-engaging learners who avoid or refuse schoolwork
• Building safe, trusting, long-term relationships
• Supporting behaviour plans and therapeutic strategies
