We are looking for a dynamic individual to be a part of our team for the position Customer Services Representative – Intouch (Term 1 year) working in our Corporate Office in Dartmouth.
Customer Services Representative – Manager of Operations and Strategic Partnerships
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two to three years of relevant work experience
Previous experience in customer service required
Previous experience in sales required
Previous experience with seniors considered an asset
Knowledge of Microsoft Office required
Responsibilities
Sets-up and creates new accounts
Coordinates the Intouch subsidy program
Manages the Intouch email box
Answers customer/client requests or inquiries concerning services, products, billing or equipment and reports any problem areas
Explains the types and costs of services offered; orders services; updates accounts
Assists with the daily operations of the department by coordinating referrals, completing data entry, and disseminating information about the Intouch Program
Completes administrative functions to support order processing
Updates client information and conducts cancellations
Provides information to clients and the public concerning goods, services, schedules, rates, regulations and policies in response to telephone and in-person enquiries
Receives and processes client orders in accordance with established procedures
Responds to inquiries and conducts follow up calls; schedules appointments for potential clients to view products and services
Continually maintains working knowledge of Intouch products, services and promotions and up-to-date knowledge of industry trends
Manages Subsidy program
Completes care plans by inputting client information in Intouch database and forwarding completed care plans to appropriate team member
Records calling log; maintains records of customer interactions; enters new information into database and forwards information to the Response Centre
Receives and manages emails received by the Intouch email account
Fosters relationships with healthcare professionals and community based organizations
Promotes Northwood's subsidy program; sends subsidy applications and related information to potential clients; reviews subsidy applicants, mails approval and denial letters and manages data
Compiles data for Monthly reports
Manages cancellations; reconciles cancellation files with Accounting
Provides backup support to administration and team members as required
Type: 40 Hours Biweekly ( 4-8 Hour Shifts )
