Sales Lead
to take on a key leadership role within a flagship development in the Midlands.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Sales Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Develop and deliver the overall sales strategy for the project, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives.
* Manage and oversee all aspects of the customer journey, from initial enquiry through to completion and handover.
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends, using insight to inform pricing, product mix, and marketing strategies.
* Collaborate closely with the Project Director and wider leadership team to ensure sales performance contributes to project success.
* Prepare and present regular performance reports and forecasts to senior management.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and customer care standards.
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience within mainstream, volume-led residential development.
* At least 5 years' proven success in managing and motivating a high-performing sales team.
* A track record of delivering strong results across large-scale housing projects.
