Gloucestershire Health and Care is seeking an experienced and qualified project manager to join its Transformation team on a fixed term basis to support key strategic transformation initiatives across the Trust.
Responsibilities
* Convene and manage project teams, providing project management support to operational and business leads within Gloucestershire Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust to enable the delivery of transformation and change initiatives.
* Develop and redesign services within integrated community teams in line with local strategies and government initiatives, requiring high-level planning, negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
* Support performance improvement across the organisation as required.
* Collaborate with System Partners across the OneGloucestershire Integrated Care System and support a wide variety of operational and corporate initiatives within the Trust.
Additional context: The role is based within the Transformation Hub of the Improvement and Partnerships Directorate, working with a diverse portfolio of Community Mental Health and Physical Health Services, including Integrated Community Teams, the OT Health Service, and HomeFirst service.
