Overview
Tangent Agency is a growing creative culture agency looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the team and work across a truly exciting and ever growing global client portfolio. The successful candidate will be culturally connected, comfortable working in a fast paced environment and an excellent communicator, who has experience building relationships and providing strategic advice to clients. While the role is predominantly focused on existing clients 10-20% of your time will be spent developing new business and supporting on pitches. This is an independent company where culture is very important; we are looking for someone who is a team player, committed to delivering exceptional work for clients and able to use their initiative and experience to problem solve. Experience in working across multiple creative disciplines is a must, as well as the ability to balance multiple projects. The role is based in the Northern Quarter and offers opportunities to develop with the company as part of an ever growing team.
Responsibilities
* Managing the client relationship
* Taking client briefs and drafting creative briefs
* Presenting and selling in creative work to clients
* Working with creative leads, producers and external partners to ensure projects are delivered to a high standard
* Ensuring deadlines and budgets are met while communicating and seeking approval of any changes to these
* Providing regular updates to clients and being responsible for all client communication
* Maintaining accurate records of meetings, decisions and next steps

* Managing multiple client accounts within an agency
* Working with global or retail brands
* Experience in sports fashion or the fashion industry
* Working across campaign, social and experiential projects
* Managing the development of Account Executives
* Preparing and presenting pitches
* Managing budgets, timeframes and production partners
