What will you be doing?
As our Engineering Trainer, you will work closely with the L&D Manager to ensure all training across the business is delivered to a high standard and meets legislative and regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Planning and coordinating day-to-day training activities
* Delivering engaging training sessions to internal and external stakeholders
* Supporting site training audits and compliance checks
* Managing pre- and post-training administration
* Liaising with external training providers
What do you bring to the table?
You are someone who:
* Mechanical or Electrical engineering background
* Has experience in training delivery and facilitation
* A good understanding of Health and Safety in the workplace, and comfortable working at height.
* Is confident presenting to large groups in a professional manner
* Has the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
