You'll work closely with class teachers and senior leaders to support both whole-class learning and targeted interventions-developing your skill set in behaviour management, safeguarding, and personalised learning support. Key Responsibilities: Support pupils' academic and emotional development across EYFS, KS1, or KS2 Deliver small-group and 1:1 interventions under guidance Build meaningful relationships with children, staff, and families Contribute to a calm, stimulating, and well-structured learning environment Assist in managing classroom routines and behaviour Support the school's safeguarding and well-being policies Ideal Candidate: A 2:1 or above from a Russell Group university (Education, Psychology, or related fields preferred) Passionate about education, equity, and child development Articulate, professional, and eager to learn from experienced educators Considering a future in teaching, educational psychology, EdTech, or academic research Able to commit to a full academic year (ideal for future teacher training applicants) ⭐ Why This Role?
