Are you passionate about developing talent in the manufacturing sector? DN Colleges Group is seeking a dedicated Trainer Assessor to deliver high-quality work-based learning programmes in Performing Manufacturing Operations (PMO), Lean, Business Improvement Techniques (BIT), and Warehouse Operations. You’ll be working closely with employers across the region to ensure training meets industry needs, while supporting learners to achieve their full potential.
This is a fixed-term opportunity for a period of up to 12 months.
Essential Criteria
* Level 3 qualification in Business Improvement Techniques (BIT)
* Relevant industrial experience in manufacturing
* Strong understanding of quality assurance processes
* In-depth knowledge of manufacturing practices
* Ability to motivate and inspire learners; computer literate
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective teaching, learning and assessment across PMO/BIT programmes
* Support learners with guidance, reviews, and progression planning
* Liaise with employers to tailor training to business needs
* Ensure compliance with College, funding, and awarding body requirements
* Maintain accurate records and contribute to quality assurance and curriculum development
