Your responsibilities will include: Carrying out day-to-day maintenance of communal areas, residential rooms, and grounds Conducting operational Health & Safety and Fire Regulation checks Managing external contractors when needed Maintaining equipment such as heating, plumbing, security systems, laundry machines, and water systems You will have multi-skilled maintenance experience, including minor electrical and/or plumbing work. Experience with central heating systems and similar environments is ideal. You’ll work independently and as part of a small Facilities and Maintenance team and travelling across our sites across Lancashire.
