To provide an effective and efficient storage, deliver and distribution of products from NHS Lanarkshire General Stores and National Distribution Centre to GPs, GDPS, Pharmacists, Opticians, wards, departments, and Health Centres within Lanarkshire.

What we'll need you to bring
1. Possess a clean valid driving license
2. Willing to undertake the department’s statuary training program i.e. Manual handling, Spillage kit training
3. Commitment to ongoing personnel development as identified due to exigencies of the service
4. Ability to work with people as part of a multidisciplinary team,
5. Effective written and verbal communication skills,
6. Ability to carry out stores duties effectively within a changing environment
7. Previous experience within a Stores/Warehouse environment.
Please note for all vacancies where a driving licence is required this must be a full UK/EU/EEA licence.

9. Recognised SVQ or equivalent qualification relating to post
10. Understanding principles of Health & Safety

Location and Working Pattern
This role will be based in Procurement Logistics within University Hospital Wishaw.
