Location: Blackburn HQ BB1 3BW (with occasional travel)

Salary: £26,808 - £27,495 per annum

The Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic, eager and detail‑oriented individual to join the Graham & Brown team as a Marketing Assistant. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be supporting the Graham & Brown brand to deliver the product plan and its marketing initiatives. You will be contributing to our creative legacy and ensuring every touchpoint reflects our devotion to craftsmanship, ambitious mindset and committed service.


Key Responsibilities

* Supporting the team with day‑to‑day marketing administration
* Ensuring new retail launches are fully supported with high‑quality digital sales assets and accurate data, delivered ahead of schedule
* Conducting market research and gap analysis to identify opportunities that support our growth as a global lifestyle brand
* Managing sampling, product origination and approvals through systems such as AX, Pimberly and Netsuite, with a strong focus on accuracy and detail
* Working in line with brand guidelines, seeking approval for artwork, POS and product assets to maintain consistency and quality
* Keeping product information up to date across brand rooms and showrooms, ensuring spaces reflect the full breadth of our offering
* Supporting stock readiness to ensure a seamless journey from concept to customer
* Coordinating marketing support for showrooms, trade shows and events, helping bring our brand to life in an inspiring and considered way
* Creating clear, impactful brand presentations with support and sign‑off
* Supporting the development of licensing opportunities, including coordinating with partners to ensure all collaborations align with our brand vision and standards
* Helping manage relationships and processes with licensing partners to deliver authentic, high‑quality product extensions; occasional travel to support trade shows, events and partner collaborations


What We're Looking For

* An interest in building a career in Marketing or Product Innovation
* A love of interior design and an appreciation for style, trends and aesthetics
* A proactive and adaptable approach, bringing energy and a willingness to support the team in achieving shared goals
* A methodical mindset with strong attention to detail, maintaining high standards and following established processes and systems
* Strong copywriting skills, with an appreciation for tone of voice and brand storytelling
* Ability to pivot priorities with confidence, responding to changing demands with a considered and proactive approach
* Ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally, including with licensing partners
* Creativity and excellent presentation standards
* Photography experience is desirable but not essential
* A clean driving licence with the ability to travel when required
