Join to apply for the Production Operative role at Aliaxis UK in Chesterfield. We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Operator to help us deliver high-quality products that make a real difference in people’s lives.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
* Assemble, package, and label products with precision.
* Conduct quality checks and report any issues.
* Perform basic maintenance and troubleshoot equipment.
* Keep your workspace clean and organized (we love 5S!).
* Support stock control and inventory processes.
* Work collaboratively to meet production targets.
* Complete documentation and logs accurately.
* Operate FLT/PPT and cranes to support product despatch.
Shifts and Compensation
Shifts: Mon–Fri, 6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm, rotating weekly.
Rates of Pay: £27,200 + £3,100 shift allowance per annum.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a manufacturing environment (Injection Moulding is a plus).
* Forklift experience is highly desirable.
* A team player with a positive, flexible attitude.
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
* Physically able to stand for long periods and lift materials.
