Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage both monthly and weekly payroll runs
Liaise with HMRC and provide payroll guidance to the HR team
Assist in compiling payroll reports as required
Collaborate with senior management and other departments on payroll-related matters
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a senior in-house payroll role
Background in construction or engineering payroll is highly desirable
