* As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in creating a polished and welcoming front-of-house experience, while also providing essential administrative and expense support to the wider team.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Meeting and greeting clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression
* Managing front-of-house duties, including reception coverage and meeting room coordination
* Providing day-to-day administrative support to the team
* Assisting with expense processing and reconciliation
* Coordinating diaries, bookings, and internal logistics
* Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
* Supporting general office management tasks to ensure smooth operations
* About You:
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident, approachable, and professional in manner
* Previous experience in a Team Assistant, PA, Office Assistant, or similar role preferred
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and general administrative systems
