About Reuben Reuben lives in his own home in Pevensey, East Sussex. He is a young man who needs a team of people who will open his opportunities and support him to experience new things. Reuben is seeking a team member who will put him first and realise his potential as well as support his active lifestyle. He enjoys surfing, swimming, and spending time at Camber Sands and the sea. Reuben is looking for someone to: Structure his day and maintain routines Assist with problem-solving and managing emotions Support budgeting and money management Promote a safe, healthy lifestyle Manage appointments and relationships, including family contact Assist with medication administration Help develop independent living skills and community access About you You will: Put Reuben first and appreciate him/her/them for the amazing person he Stand by him through tough times and be resilient Assess situations with patience and empathy Bring a lively, friendly, and caring personality Have a good sense of humour and be able to share jokes and pranks Be trustworthy, loyal, and upfront, with strong boundaries Follow routines and be flexible and creative when needed Communicate well and be reliable and supportive Full UK driving license is required for this role. Experience in a similar role is desirable. Full training will be provided through Seco Supports induction programme and online learning. Full referencing and a full enhanced check of the Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) will be required for this position.
