Overview
You will report directly to our Senior Director of Engineering and you’ll work out of our Bracknell location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the organization by shaping our technology landscape, driving innovation, and ensuring that our solutions effectively address business challenges while enhancing operational efficiency in the Process Automation domain.
Responsibilities
* Design and document technology solutions that align with business objectives and industry best practices in Process Automation.
* Lead Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS) campaigns for the replacement of legacy systems, initially focusing on the Honeywell Installed Base (IB) and expanding to non-IB.
* Develop and define the strategy and tactics for SIS replacements, driving marketing through customer-centric engagement.
* Build unique territory/regional scenarios and solutions to support SIS campaigns.
* Collaborate with business leaders and technology teams to identify architectural opportunities and drive innovation.
* Lead global market expansion, drive operations, and sales enablement in support of focused campaigns leveraging SMSC as the replacement for legacy products.
* Evaluate and select technology solutions, ensuring they meet scalability, security, and compliance standards.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience in solution architecture, with a proven track record of delivering scalable and secure solutions.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
