About the role We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Partner to join our People Services team on a fixed-term basis. In this role, you’ll provide a professional, efficient and customer-focused recruitment and onboarding service across IEG, supporting the organisation to attract and appoint great people who share our commitment to transforming lives through learning. Working closely with hiring managers, you’ll act as a trusted adviser throughout the recruitment lifecycle—ensuring our practices are inclusive, legally compliant and aligned with safer recruitment standards and our organisational values. What you’ll be doing You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles across teaching, support and leadership, from approval through to offer acceptance. Day to day, you’ll: * Lead recruitment campaigns, advising managers on attraction strategies, selection methods and workforce planning * Draft, review and publish inclusive job adverts that promote diversity and reflect IEG values * Coordinate shortlisting, interviews and assessments in line with the Equality Act 2010 and safer recruitment principles * Provide interview packs, scoring templates and candidate communications, ensuring GDPR compliance * Deliver an excellent candidate experience through clear, timely and professional communication * Coach and support managers to run fair, consistent and values-based recruitment processes * Act as the first point of contact for recruitment and selection queries * Maintain accurate recruitment records using the ATS and iTrent HR system * Produce recruitment reports and dashboards, monitoring KPIs such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness and diversity data * Keep up to date with employment law, FE sector best practice and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives * Support employer-branding activity, including careers fairs, open days, social media campaigns and early careers pathways About you You’ll be a confident and collaborative recruitment professional who enjoys building relationships and improving processes. You’ll bring: * Experience of managing end-to-end recruitment processes * Strong knowledge of inclusive recruitment, safer recruitment and employment legislation * The ability to advise and influence hiring managers with credibility and professionalism * Excellent organisational and communication skills * Confidence using recruitment systems and producing meaningful recruitment data * A customer-focused mindset and commitment to equality, diversity and safeguarding Experience in the education or FE sector is desirable but not essential.
