As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care and assistance to individuals, promoting their independence and overall well-being.
Your main responsibilities will include supporting residents with their daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity at all times. This role requires a dedicated and empathetic individual who is committed to enhancing the quality of life for those in need, while fostering a supportive and respectful environment.
Ideal Support Worker should have:
· Minimum of 2 years' experience working within residential or supported living
· Ability to manage challenging behaviours effectively and compassionately
· A caring attitude with a commitment to empowering individuals
· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
· Able to drive (would be advantage)
