Role Overview
JD Gyms is an award-winning budget gym chain rapidly expanding across the UK. We invest over £1.5m in fitting out our clubs to create top-quality, stylish environments for our members. We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for cleanliness and can play an integral part in our gym team, maintaining meticulous cleaning standards while interacting with members.
Responsibilities
* Ensure adherence to the Health and Safety Employee Policy and Company Procedures Handbook.
* Maintain JD Gyms Brand Standard.
* Conduct daily, weekly and monthly cleaning and safety checks.
* Report defects to ensure the building and equipment are safe.
* Maintain the highest standard of cleanliness across the gym facility.
* Ensure uniform standards are being adhered to by yourself.
* Deliver outstanding member service.
* Participate in colleague training videos to support exceptional standards across the group.
* Undertake any other reasonable duties.
Skills and Experience
* Hardworking with strong interpersonal skills and great attention to detail.
* Passion for exceeding expectations.
* Previous experience in a similar role, with the ability to multitask and work unsupervised.
* Effective communication skills, approachable to members and other staff.
* Clear organisational and time management abilities.
