Since 1969, Phoenix Futures has been providing comprehensive rehabilitation services for individuals battling substance addiction across England and Scotland. We help individuals reclaim their lives through residential, community, prison, and housing services.
This role involves working in a women-only residential service, providing safe therapeutic environments for women who have experienced trauma and multiple disadvantages. There is an operational requirement for this role to be fulfilled by a female applicant, in accordance with ACAS guidelines for protected characteristics.

This is a great chance for an experienced support worker or someone new to this rewarding field to join our team.
The Role:
* Manage a caseload of fewer than five women, conducting assessments and developing personalized care plans
* Work with service users, their families, and networks to support long-term recovery
* Deliver therapeutic groups, activities, and interventions as per the service needs
* Create a safe, compassionate, and developmental environment
* Coordinate care from admission to discharge
Please note that the role involves working on a 4-week rolling rota, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
About You:
* Experience working with individuals with complex needs
* Experience collaborating with families or in substance use domains
* Creative thinking and adaptability
* Ability to work with multiple agencies while maintaining high standards
* Knowledge of adult protection and safeguarding in a residential setting
Other titles for this role include Recovery Worker, Recovery Co-ordinator, or Support Worker.
