The HR Generalist willoffer advice, information and support, and covering all manner of HR accountabilities including employee and industrial relations, talent management and succession planning, culture change, recruitment and selection and site communication and engagement in a well-structured and well supported HR setting. There will also be involvement in the management and development of HR systems on site, and this role will support a centralised payroll function with ensuring accurate reporting of site information.
Key skills
1. Proven track record in similar HR Generalist or HR Advisor role in an industrialmanufacturing or engineeringbased setting
2. CIPD accreditation Level 5 preferred (or working towards)
3. Knowledge ofUK employment lawand its application, able to act as a confident and decisive subject matter expert in this field
4. Proactive, analytical and logical problem solver
