Job description: Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and technically curious individual to join our team as a CRM Systems Assistant. This is an entry level role ideal for someone early in their career and looking to gain practical experience across a range of systems used to support global customer operations. The role will focus on providing day to day support, monitoring, and maintenance of our core Customer Experience platforms, such as Oracle Service Cloud (CRM), RingCentral, social media management tools, and emerging AI-powered technologies. Working closely with cross functional teams, you'll help identify opportunities for automation, assist in system configuration, and contribute to data analysis efforts. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, a collaborative mindset, and a proactive attitude toward improving systems and experiences. This role is offered as part of the Applications Support Lead Apprenticeship (Level 4), which will be delivered remotely by an accredited training provider. The apprenticeship is designed to provide structured, on-the-job learning alongside practical experience supporting customer-facing platforms and systems. This is a permanent position which will continue beyond the completion of the course. Key Responsibilities System Support & Administration: Support daily upkeep, monitoring, and configuration of Customer Experience platforms such as Oracle Service Cloud, RingCentral, and social media tools. Assist in managing user access, workflows, and settings across systems as required. Log and escalate technical issues appropriately and help track resolution progress. AI & Automation Support: Assist in testing and monitoring AI tools and automation features (e.g. chatbots, ticket classification, summarisation). Support small scale automation tasks and help document their impact or value. Learn how AI features integrate with systems like Oracle Service Cloud and support development efforts. Data & Reporting Support: Work with the analytics team to help gather, interpret, and format data for reporting and decision making. Assist with tracking system usage, performance, and customer contact trends. Document insights and contribute to recommendations for system improvement. Collaboration & Enablement: Participate in team meetings and cross functional projects relating to CX systems. Help create and maintain internal guides, user documentation, and process flows. Engage in ongoing learning about digital platforms, CRM, AI, and customer service technologies. Key Skills & Experience: Essential: Someone at the beginning of their career, ideally with Strong interest in digital tools, platforms, and customer service technologies. Interest in or exposure to AI tools, chatbots, or automation technologies. Good communication and teamwork skills with a willingness to learn. Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable with task tracking and documentation. Desirable (but not required): A background in technology, business systems, digital operations, or customer experience. Familiarity with platforms like Oracle Service Cloud, RingCentral, or similar CRM/ticketing systems. Comfort with Excel, Google Sheets, or basic dashboards for data handling. Experience with low-code platforms, scripting, or systems admin during study/internships.
