The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support students across KS3 and KS4 in lessons
* Provide 1:1 and small group intervention support
* Help students stay engaged, focused, and confident
* Support pupils with additional learning needs where required
* Work closely with teachers and pastoral staff
* Help maintain a calm and structured classroom environment
You’ll play a key role in helping students feel supported and ready to learn.
