Mental Health Crisis and Recovery Worker Recruiting Organisation: Tezlom Tezlom are recruiting a motivated, warm, and compassionate individual for the role of Mental Health Crisis and Recovery Worker to provide person-centred support to individuals experiencing a mental health crisis. This role is based within a welcoming drop-in crisis centre. While the service primarily operates as a drop-in provision, some individuals are offered scheduled appointments. The service provides a safe, inviting, and inclusive environment for people who are struggling to cope with their mental health and daily life. The aim is to support individuals in reducing immediate anxiety and crisis, helping them stabilise and identify positive next steps.
