Salary: Up to £37,000 + OT + Bonus
* Good OT Rates Available
* Pension: you do 1%, company do 8%.
* 37 Hour Week (Mon-Thurs 7:30AM-3:30PM, Friday 7:30AM-3PM)

Position Overview
As a workshop Technician, you will be responsible for the meticulous service and maintenance of a wide variety of pumps. Your role will involve planned maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installing, and providing training to our customers. We are looking for a professional, competent, and socially adept individual who can work both independently and collaboratively within our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct service and maintenance of the company's products, with a specialization in pumps and valves
* Execute planned maintenance in a timely manner.
* Provide workshop-based installation, repair and validation services.
* Perform troubleshooting, service, and repair activities, addressing technical issues promptly and effectively.
* Deliver workshop training sessions to customers on product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
* Apprentice trained or time served 3+ years within the pump/valves/seals industry
* Strong knowledge of pumps and valves is essential.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
