Job description:
The successful applicant will provide an administration and receptionist service for all Boards within the Somerset Drainage Boards Consortium (SDBC)
Duties will include
· Operating the switchboard and acting as first point of contact to the premises.
· Managing Outlook calendars.
· Providing word processing services to Board Members and Staff.
· Co-ordinating internal and external mail.
About you
You will have good administration and interpersonal skills along with sound knowledge of IT, including Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook.
