We are recruiting for a Leasing Associate to join a vibrant Build to Rent (BTR) development in the heart of Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading BTR operator and play a key role in delivering an exceptional resident experience. We are seeking a personable, driven, and customer-focused individual with a strong sales mindset to build lasting relationships and drive leasing performance at this standout development. Key Responsibilities: Manage and respond to new customer enquiries, qualifying leads and understanding rental requirements Match prospective residents with suitable apartments and arrange/view property tours Deliver a high-quality customer experience throughout the leasing journey Support day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth leasing operations Negotiate effectively and convert enquiries into tenancies Process rental applications, including referencing and background checks Prepare tenancy agreements and ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant Collect and process initial rental payments in line with company procedures Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with relevant regulations Build strong working relationships with colleagues, residents, and external stakeholders About You: Previous experience in Customer Service, Lettings, Property, Sales, BTR or PBSA Strong communication and negotiation skills A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for delivering results Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team If you’re looking to take the next step in your property or sales career and be part of a growing sector, we’d love to hear from you.
