* Using a handset to plan your route around the store, including selecting items and managing your time to complete each shop efficiently.
* Handling customer queries, processing orders, and assisting with loading vans for our Home Delivery Drivers behind the scenes.
* Consistently providing excellent customer service, supporting customers with questions, and proactively offering assistance.
* Building strong knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to offer informed recommendations.
* Working flexibly across the store as needed.
