Customer Service Advisor - Newcastle - Temporary, permanent after 6 months.
My Client is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their team of Customer Service Advisors, where customers are at the heart of everything they do. Is this you?

* Friendly, helpful individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, while following established processes.
* Detail-oriented with a strong focus on keeping customer records accurate and up to date.
* Responsible and capable of managing customer information in line with GDPR guidelines.
* A team player who enjoys collaborating with others to deliver excellent service and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Driven to meet key performance indicators and contribute to the team’s success.
Additional information
* Location - Newcastle (Cobalt Business Park)
* Pay Rate: Up to £15 / per hour PAYE
* The working hours are between 8am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday – we usually work a 6-8 week shift rotation so that you can plan around shifts with plenty of notice. There is some evening and weekend work, but these shifts are shared out amongst all colleagues.
