Responsibilities:
* Support the management team in the day-to-day business activities
* Drive sales, and develop and deliver excellent customer service and store standards
* Maximise profit by reducing shrinkage, damages, till errors, and costs
* Understand retail KPIs including sales, profit, and service
* Show confidence, resilience, and ambition, and help others develop their skills
* Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided, not essential)
