Role Types and Responsibilities
* Software Developer: Start your tech career as a Software Developer and dive into the full software development lifecycle. This role involves writing, testing, and debugging code while learning from senior developers in a fast-paced environment. You’ll gain hands-on experience with modern technologies and help build user-friendly applications.
* Data Analyst: Transform complex data into actionable insights, create visualisations and drive business decisions. Work with cutting-edge tools, collaborate with stakeholders, and develop automated reports and dashboards.
* Data Engineer: Design and maintain data pipelines, integrate multiple data sources, and ensure data quality in a cloud-based environment. Write clean, testable code, automate data transformation processes, and collaborate with teams to build scalable data solutions.
* Data Scientist: Deliver high-quality data models and exploratory analysis to support quantitative research and management teams. Extract insights from complex datasets and drive data-driven initiatives.
* InfoSec Analyst: Focus on designing security systems, monitoring for threats, and responding to cyber-attacks. Learn to manage systems, conduct ethical hacking, and advise on security best practices.

What Makes a Great Grayce Analyst?
* 2:1 Undergraduate Degree: A 2:1 or higher in a STEM field; MSc is an advantage.
